The restoration by Bernard "Speedy" Gonsalves and Bert Persson of Speedy's K14 motor glider is progressing well. 

The motor is fitted and has been subject to recent static testing. The fuselage has now been spruced up with fancy trim etc as shown in the pics above (provided by Trevor Mills). 

Note "the maestro" Bert in an earlier photo with hands on hips (possibly impersonating a teapot) whilst giving the motor glider yet another run over with those well trained eyes. 

Measuring in terms of an Olympic marathon, they have just re-entered the stadium and the finish line is in sight!
