We
finished up gliding operations early today after taking
some fairly short flights on a day where the storms of
the previous afternoon/evening (as well as the TV/radio
forecasts) suggested there would be no
flying. |

|
|
The
early finish provided an opportunity for a few of us to
share a late lunch in the Aero Club. It was here that
our duty Tuggy gave us a tip on how to relax at lunch
and dinner ... with two small "vines" ... one
to be served as the meal is brought to the table and
then one to be served later after consuming the meal. He
did of course preface this tip with ... "after you
have finished flying for the day". |
| |
|
Our Tuggy further clarified that it was always two
"SMALL" glasses only. He further commented
that, in cooler weather ... the two small glasses of
"vite vine" could be replaced by two small
glasses of red. |
| |
| When
the pic was taken he made a special point of putting on
his sunnies in the belief that "novone vould
recognise him". Therefore we will not name
him and will leave it to you to assess the success of
his camouflage. |

While
the glass does look anything but "SMALL", we
must make it clear that there is some degree of optical
illusion involved! |
