Astireopteryx:
Astireopteryx is the largest member of the Astirsaurier family.
Existence late Holocene it is a descendent of the Pterosaurs. 
Its natural habitat lay predominantly in the lower atmosphere.
Astireopteryx was most likely a thermal predator living primarily on hot air.
It usually travelled medium distances a day, normally to return on its nesting grounds after several hours. 
Astireopteryx is believed to have been capable of speeds in excess of 150 mph (240 kph).
Other known members of this family are:
    - Speedopteryx
    - Jeanopteryx
    - Clubopteryx
Although more species may have existed.
Later evolution saw much lighter bone structure when Acruseopteryx emerged.
