Tim Williams and I had a fairly eventual flight behind the tug from Gympie to Chinchilla on the Thursday before Easter. Tim did learn though that instructors can manage to get way more slack rope than their students.

The Ferry flight home was a little more exciting ... the path ahead looked much like this ...

Followed by a landing which ended in Kingaroy like this ...

Where an outlook like ...

... meant that Steve Bowtell and I over-nighted in Kingaroy.

The great dividing range looks quite big from 3000' AMSL ...
