G'day
all,
Yesterday's
crew consisted of duty instructor Bob Turner, AEI
Lindsay Mitchell, Tuggie Karl Bodi and myself as DP.
The only planned flight of the day was Rod Wilson with
friend Len McIntyre.
Amongst
the activity of daily inspections on CQC and SPA,
Lindsay undertook some maintenance on the Blanik and
Nick Sheahon (who later dropped in for a chat) was
spotted climbing into a C172.
As
the subject heading suggests only 3 flights were
carried out and they were all around the hour mark,
all returning out of consideration not lack of lift.
Rod and Len of course were one flight whilst the other
2 were myself and Bob doing my long overdue annual and
some thermalling/aerobatic mentoring.
Thanks
to the days crew for their efforts and to those who
contemplated flying yesterday all 3 flights
encountered 6-8 knot thermals so keep that in mind for
next time!! (Including myself)
