Austin at home in Jun'13
after two weeks in
hospital and then five weeks in rehab. Since then he
had been hospitalised at Royal Brisbane for a long
period of time and had only recently returned
home.

It is with profound
regret that I confirm the death of Austin Miller
(until recently the Club's long serving Bookkeeper).
|
|
|
|
Austin's daughter Sally
phoned me this afternoon to advise that Austin had
passed away at home in bed.
|
|
|
|
I conveyed to Sally the
sympathy of the CGC members and confirmed to her that
our thoughts will be with Cathy (Austin's wife) as
well as Sally and her family at this sad time.
|
|
|
|
May he rest in peace and
have continued success in selecting his "AFL
Dream Team" in the sky!
