Austin powers home

20-Jun-13

After two weeks in hospital and then five weeks in rehab, Austin Miller (CGC's Bookkeeper) was obviously very keen to return home this morning. Here he is with his bags and CGC's files and computer ... very much ready and eager to be loaded into my Forester for the trip home. He had cut the identity band off his wrist well before the staff came to his room to discharge him! He had also suggested to the staff that they should burn his bed!

Forty minutes of driving plus thirty minutes of PC set-up time later and (my wife) Sharon and I had Austin back at "space control" in front of the two PC's at home and "ready to rock and roll".

Great to have you back home Austin!
All at CGC wish you ongoing good progress in your recovery!

PS: Whilst Austin is using a walker at present as part of the rehab program ... the wheelchair in the photo above was just part of one of those health facility discharge procedures.
