What
can I say, Kookaburra GLM got special treatment when
it went to Watts Bridge.

Steve
from the local aerobatic club came asking for me and
offering hangar space for the Kookaburra. They pushed
their planes to the back of their hangar for GLM.

On
the way home at Tagoolawah Dave Guzzwells' radiator
failed in a cloud of steam. While at the servo an old
hang gliding friend of mine John Blain ("Blaino")
turned up to get a bottle of milk.

Poor
Dave took GLM out there out of kindness and then got
stuck out for another night while his car was fixed.
At least he broke down where he had a pub to stay in
and a hangar for the Kookaburra.

Thanks
again Dave and everyone who helped.
