Alan Graham's 24 minutes in IKW with friend Stephan Johnson ended up being our one and only flight.

 

We spent over 2.5 hours looking for spares etc after the rear tyre/tube on IKW blew-out. David Guzzwell tried to use old/patched tubes and tyres but to no avail.

 

It would have been a quite Sunday but we could have done six flights ... no-one wanted to fly the Blanik given the conditions.

 

David Guzzwell has telephoned Lindsay and explained the situation/problems with tyres/tubes not fitting the rear wheel hub properly and no spares available ... hopefully the issue/problem can be fixed before next Friday.  

  

Speedy visited the hangar after everyone had left except Tony Sorensen and myself to get a bit of help to “turn over” GQA but we did not have enough to help ... might be able to do it next Friday for him.
