place behind Alan and Michelle’s flight-of-the-day
was shared by Arthur Mailey in GJY and Chris
Hansen/Garrett Russell in GYK, both at 23 minutes.
The Blanik flight is noteworthy because it started
with Chris’s introduction to incipient spins and
the weak lift we found on the way back to the field
was entirely worked by him alone, with only verbal
input from me. Not bad for a bloke who’s still on
the first page of his logbook!
