Not a whole lot to report from the field for Saturday.

L2 Garrett Russell, AEI Lindsay Mitchell and myself turned up to a pleasant
yet quiet field, committed to a single AEF passenger for the day. The
decision was made early on that the piecart wouldn't be needed, so we
packed all our things into the Barina and prepared CQC for the day. Tug
pilot Karl Bodi soon joined us in the very swish Pawnee TOJ, and to our
good fortune our 11am AEF came an hour early mistaking his flight time for
10am.

After a short trawl out to RWY 12 our AEF was off and away, at which time
Rupert Perry turned up looking for a mutual flight. Lindsay was happy to
oblige Rupert while Garrett and I decided we'd fly the hangar flight.

To my surprise that final flight was my first flight in more than a year,
and boy did it feel great! ...even if it was only 17 minutes.

Stats for the day:

CQC 3 launches 1hr 02min

I hope the weather didn't get to the Sunday crew, south side of Brissy was
pretty miserable today.

See you at the field,
