Over
recent weeks the apron of Hangar 22 has been the
scene for modification work on a white glider trailer.
Comments have been made about the new rear section looking
like a fridge or a shower had been bolted on ... this sign
"appeared" on the trailer
overnight!

After
Eric Dickeson sponged storm water out of the fuselage of
the Blanik, Bert Persson and Bernard 'Speedy' Gonsalves
used the Hangar 22 apron to do some delicate work with a
soldering iron on the cloth control surfaces (inserting
weep holes).

'Scrubby' Ashford attacked the Ford's door lock mechanism
with a fair degree of confidence ... and fixed
it!

arrived back at the field after his first flight in WUC
... 2 hours and 10 minutes ... good fun but hard work
today!
